Went in for my Oil change an the Attendant was able to get me in an was right on time with how long it would take.. even though all the staff is different this year from when I was last in, all that I incountered was very nice. I will still keep doing business there.

Went in to have breaks replaced. They inspected them and were honest told me they were still in great condition along with the rest of the car. Didn't charge me anything with a smile they gave me my keys back. Honest generous workers will definitely be back when I need any service to my vehicle.

I received great service and an honest assessment of what my vehicle needed. All great staff and service. I highly recommend this business, even though they forgot to fix my mudflap, I will definitely be a returning customer.

They were too busy to give me an estimate as to what's wrong with my car and price of repairs. I was told to bring it back the next day and have to pay $160 (apparently 1 hrs. Shop fee) to find out what's wrong with my car. I'm not sure if this is a standard for this shop as I am new to brake masters and havasu as well.

Brake Masters definitely went the extra mile for us we broke down right when we got to town and management guys there were so nice and awesome. They had us up and running by end of next business day! We are a business and this was a work truck so they saved us lots of money that would have been lost!! So thank you Brake Masters for everything your shop is the best. I had a diesel oil change and brake job done, pads and rotors on all four wheels. I dealt with Steve and Derrick. Everything was explained well in detail. The work was done in a professional and timely manner.

Great service and wonderful people. I had an air-conditioning fixed for my girl and after they had it a week they said come pick it up. Once home there was a leak and was not working at all. I went back and they fixed it for no charge! I will be back

I received the best customer service I think I've had in many years from the manager at this store he's very patient takes his time to explain things showed me the part that was damaged and the way that the part actually works I appreciate the timely manner my vehicle was done in the customer service said that the manager there displays is phenomenal. Thank you so much for helping me today with my car this business is a wonderful business
